The work to persuade the British electorate to vote to remain in the EU is well underway and already we know that what people, both within  and outside of the Labour Party, want and need is more information on which to base their decision.

Many members, whilst being clear themselves that a vote to remain is important, are finding it difficult to find the facts and the figures they need to confidently persuade their friends and family to vote remain or to take that message out to the general public.

The Worcestershire CLPs, alongside their Herefordshire counterparts, have come together to arrange an information sharing and mythbusting event to help all members and supporters to champion the Labour InforBritain campaign in their areas.

We are delighted to have been able to secure not one, but two, important keynote speakers from the Party, Neena Gill, M.E.P. and Emma Reynolds M.P. who will address the meeting and be able to provide both lots of useful information but also tips and ideas for improving your local campaigning. They will also answer your questions.

In addition we have invited representatives of the local TUC, business community and NHS to speak about the potential negative impact of Brexit on our hard won workers rights, our economic future and our already overstretched and underfunded public services.

Our meeting will take place on:

Saturday May 7th 10:30 a.m. -; 12:30 pm

at the

Droitwich Community Hall

Heritage Way, Droitwich, WR9 8RF

Attendance is free, although we will be seeking donations towards the refreshments that will be available.

Parking in a car park adjacent costs £2.

We hope you will be able to join us for, what we anticipate will be, a very lively and inspiring event.
