Labour’s Richard Boorn to retire from the City Council

Richard Boorn, one of Labour’s City Councillors from Nunnery ward, has announced that he is to retire from the Council in May 2016.

Worcester Labour Party will shortly be selecting a new candidate, to work alongside Labour’s Pat Agar and Simon Cronin in the ward.

Richard has worked tirelessly over the last four years, and has taken a lead on financial issues within the Labour Group, and will be very much missed. Richard’s full interview with the Worcester News can be read here
