Working for Fort Royal
Atif takes a hands-on approach to local issues, focusing on the everyday concerns that matter to residents.
He regularly reports problems such as damaged street infrastructure and works to ensure repairs are carried out quickly. He has also been active in tackling environmental issues like fly-tipping, helping to keep neighbourhoods clean and safe.
Alongside fellow Labour councillors, Atif works with local organisations including the Worcester Community Trust to address challenges such as anti-social behaviour and to improve opportunities for young people.
Community and Partnership
Atif believes strong communities are built through partnership and engagement.
He works closely with local residents, community groups and fellow councillors to identify issues early and find practical solutions. His work includes supporting initiatives to reduce anti-social behaviour and improve community safety, as well as encouraging preventative approaches that deliver long-term results.
Priorities
Atif’s priorities for Fort Royal include:
- Supporting young people and expanding opportunities
