Hi, I’m Zoe,
I’m your Labour councillor for Rainbow Hill and Chair of Worcester City Council’s Environment Committee. I’m proud to call Worcester home and to work with residents to keep our communities clean, green and welcoming.
Working for Rainbow Hill
As a local councillor, I focus on the issues that matter most day-to-day — cleaner streets, well-maintained parks and making sure residents’ concerns are heard and acted on.
As Chair of the Environment Committee, I also help lead city-wide work on improving Worcester’s environment and public spaces.
Achievements & Action
- Chairing Worcester’s Environment Committee, leading work on cleaner streets and greener spaces
- Supporting award-winning parks, including Green Flag status for Worcester’s green spaces
- Tackling local environmental issues such as overflowing bins and street cleanliness
- Promoting practical solutions, including improved reporting systems and faster response times
- Supporting investment in Worcester’s future, including electric vehicle charging infrastructure
- Working to secure funding and improvements for parks and community spaces in Rainbow Hill

I’m often out and about across Rainbow Hill, listening to residents and working with local groups to improve our area. Worcester’s green spaces, riverside and neighbourhoods are at the heart of what makes our city special — and I’m committed to protecting and improving them.
